Commercial Interest Disclosure Statement

Remedial Technology Pty Ltd ACN 160 687 758 (“the Company”) develops, owns, licenses, and/or may hold direct or indirect financial or proprietary interests in certain technologies, systems, methodologies, or intellectual property that may be referenced, evaluated, or specified in the course of providing consultancy, design, advisory, or technical services.

The existence of such interests does not compromise the Company’s professional independence. All evaluations, technical opinions, recommendations, and specifications are prepared in good faith and are based solely on objective engineering assessment, demonstrated technical performance, compliance with applicable codes and standards, project-specific requirements, and the best interests of the Client.

Where technologies in which the Company holds an interest are recommended, such recommendation is made only where, in the Company’s professional judgment, the technology is technically appropriate and suitable for the intended application. Alternative solutions may be considered where requested by the Client or where technically justified.
